Head-to-Head Spread
Beat your weekly matchup. The ALP difference becomes bonus tickets. Must hit $5K+ net to count.

Per PR Hire
Every personal recruit you bring in. 500 tickets each. Hire more, climb faster.

Per Ref Sale
Each referral sold adds 250 tickets on top of your ALP. Stack them up.
Total Tickets = MTD Net ALP + Spread Margin (if above $5K) + (PR Hires × 500) + (Ref Sales × 250)
Weekly Competition
The Spread Matchup System
Every week is a fresh fight. Beat your matchup, earn the spread bonus. Win big, face bigger competition the following week.

Get Matched
Every agent is matched against another agent at the start of each week. Your spread is how much more ALP you write vs. your opponent.

Win the Week
Outsell your matchup. The difference in ALP becomes bonus tickets added to your total. Must be above $5K net to count.

Re-Seeded Monday
Every Monday, agents are ranked by their spread margin. Biggest margins face each other. Close margins face each other. No soft matchups.

Stack Tickets
Tickets accumulate all month. Managers can count business under agents' names for their own spread or the agent's. Codes follow same rules.

When you arrive, go directly into the building and head downstairs to the meeting room. Stay downstairs — do not wander upstairs.

Matchups announced. Rules reviewed. ALPTOBERFEST officially kicks off.

Back to Work / Dinners
Most people out by 4:30–5:00. Promotion dinners: TBD — pending confirmation.
Eligibility
Who Can Compete
WO + WP Agents
All active agents in Waisman Organization and Waisman Pavel. Must be on company minimum retention — case by case.
Managers
Managers compete alongside agents in one combined leaderboard. Can count business under agent names for their own spread.
MGA Battle — Separate
MGAs are not included in the main competition. They have their own head-to-head battle based on increase over last 2-month ALP and hires baseline.
Trials & Codes
Trials do not count in Monday upload but count toward net ALP if they place. Codes follow the same rules as agents.
Monday Uploads
Monday ALP upload is used to calculate spread matchups. Leaderboard updates every Monday after upload.
Verification & Payout
Prize event November 6. All results verified through November. Prizes paid in December.
Every Monday
Spread review meeting. Leaderboard updated after Monday ALP upload. New matchups re-seeded by last week's margin.
New Agent Raffle
$100 weekly raffle exclusively for new agents. Approximately $400 total distributed across the month's Mondays.
Prize Event
November 6. Ticket auction + grand prize wheel. Prizes verified through November and paid in December.
